PlanScape, a multidisciplinary firm with unique areas of specialization in planning, landscape architecture and training. Offices in Clear Lake, Iowa and Minneapolis, Minnesota. PlanScape is a young company with new, innovative ideas. With multi-unit projects, our goal is to minimize costs and open a facility as quickly as possible while acting as ownerís representative and project coordinator. In addition, we have a practice with municipal and private clients as evidenced by my resume.

We design creative, long term plans for economic improvement whether it is in a county or community setting or for a business. Our team has operated on both sides of the development equation with experience on the private sector side and on the public sector side.  For example, we have years of experience completing projects for corporations as they expand their multi-units and for franchisees.

Our role is to coordinate all development activities from site control through issuance of building permits. These tasks include lender due diligence tasks and all governmental approvals. Some our corporate clients are ABRA Auto Body & Glass, Saltgrass Steak House, Billfish Restaurant and Tires Plus. We have, as clients, Fazoliís franchisees in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. We work throughout the United States and we know the paths for approval through governmental agencies.
